STEP 1. Cellular Protection Support
Begin each morning with water.
​
• Quercetin – 500 mg
A potent plant-based bioflavonoid antioxidant that supports cellular resilience and immune balance.

• Zinc
Essential for immune signaling, tissue repair, and cellular integrity.​​

STEP 2. Detox Mineral Bath or Foot Soak
The skin is one of the body’s largest detox pathways. A warm mineral bath or foot soak can gently support elimination while promoting relaxation and circulation.

Before the Bath
• Drink 4–6 oz of water to support hydration.
​
Bath Ingredients
Add to a warm bath and soak for 15 minutes: Opptional Additions, apple cider vinegar, borax, bentonite clay and essential oils

• 1 cup Epsom salt OR 1 cup mineral sea salt
• 1 cup baking soda
After the Bath
• Rinse if desired.
• Drink another 4–6 oz of water to rehydrate and support circulation.

STEP 3. Frequency
• Mineral bath: 2–3 times per week
• Quercetin + Zinc: Daily
